WHERE ARE THE NOTEBOOKS MADE?

Our notebooks are all made in Italy at our plant in Vinovo, near Turin.

WHAT ARE THE RULINGS IN THE NOTEBOOKS?

The main rulings are:

• A - 1st-2nd grade lines
• B - 3rd grade lines
• C - 4th-5th grade lines with margin
• 1 R - lines without margin
• 10 mm - 1st grade 10-mm squares
• 10F - 10-mm squares with margin
• Q - 2st-3rd grade 5-mm squares with margin
• 4F - 4th-5th grade 4 mm squares with margin
• 5 mm - 5-mm squares without margin 
• 4 mm - 4-mm squares without margin 

Facilitated writing educational products have the following coloured rulings in blue and highlighted margins:

WHAT PATTERNS OR COLOURS WILL I FIND IN THE NOTEBOOK PACKS?

All our notebook packs have assorted patterns and colours. Some subjects or colours may be repeated.

HOW MANY PRODUCTS ARE THERE IN A PACK?

It depends on the type of product.

Each item in the shop has the number of pieces in the packaging indicated in the title and description.

HOW CAN I GET AN INVOICE FOR MY ORDER?

You can request an invoice by filling in the required fields in the invoice section when you pay.

CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

Of course! Once your order has been shipped, you will receive instructions on how to track your package by email.

Furthermore, you can track the progress of your shipment in the “My Orders” section of your personal profile.

MY PACKAGE HAS NOT ARRIVED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
